This is an excellent ruling that unfortunately won't matter a year from now when Trump's newest Supreme Court appointee helps overturn Roe v. Wade.

Can they overturn it? The plaintiffs sued alleging that the law was in violation of the state constitution, not the federal one.

Should add it applies strict scrutiny to abortion rights, which is an even bigger deal - it goes further than the undue burden standards of Roe and Casey
