I expected Herseth-Sandlin to stay put but I'm completely shocked about Madigan. I thought everyone was saying she could have whatever job she wanted...but maybe she just doesn't want them. Or she has something to hide.

She's obviously still  young and has a future though.

Politico says that this means Kirk is going to run for the Senate and I suspect he will.

Kirk doesn't know what the f*!k he's going to do.  He changes his mind daily.  Would anyone in Illinois really want someone like that representing them in the Senate?

Well, they did elect Blago, George Ryan, Carol Mosley-Braun, etc....
