Now that Sen. Harry Reid has stripped Sen. Arlen Specter of his chairmanships and seniority, at least until the next Congress, will that have an impact on the Democratic primary and, if he still survives that, the general election?  Will the new Democratic challenger (can't think of his name right now) be able to stage a better campaign now that Specter will presumably have a quieter voice in the final 18 months before the November 2010 mid-terms?

Sure this helps Sestak. I'm sure it will be used in the General as well but I think Sestak benefits the most from this.
