State Sen. Gilbert Baker (the closest thing to a top-tier recruit for the Arkansas GOP) is getting into the race. He's buddy-buddy with Bob Johnson, the conservadem that was making noises about a primary for Lincoln, so I would take this as an indication that Johnson isn't running.
