This one took some time. Smiley Note that, in addition to the general clean-up, I took away the minimum age requirement (why punish someone for graduating early? Tongue) and also put in a minimum college GPA requirement. Any comments/criticisms would be greatly appreciated.

     Perhaps the money dispersed should be proportional to performance. It seems ridiculous that someone with a 4.5 GPA & perfect scores on the SATs would get no more aid than someone who barely meets the requirements.

I was trying to replicate the intent of the original bill as closely as possible, although I'd be sympathetic to such a change- feel free to offer an amended act if you'd like. Honestly, though, I doubt many strongly performing students wouldn't already be getting a free ride anyway.
