I spoke with Conor on the 15th, and he had expressed his desire to have Bullmoose replace him. But as Verily has stated, he has yet to resign. Seeing as he hasn't responded back to me, or been on line since the 16th, I believe that we should just go ahead and name Bullmoose as his successor if he does not come on and resign, or contact myself or Verily by tomorrow.
Would this be acceptable to the convention?
Now that we have a vote on the Rules of Order that outlines a system to replace delegates, I am skeptical to just oust a delegate without a resignation. At the same time, I would prefer our first real action not be ousting a delegate. What does everyone else think?
