I theorize that Haley Barbour got a higher % of the African-American vote in his 2007 reelection that either Lynn Swann or Ken Blackwell did in 2006.
Can anyone tell me whether that's true or false, with a source?

No help?  I could really slam someone if I'm right, and if I'm wrong, and it won't matter because he's not going to bring it up again.

Well you can look at exit polls, but as we're measuring black Republican voting... erm... a few margin of error issues might just...

You could also take a close look at election results and census figures, going down to a very low level (you'd have to for Swann and Blackwell, anyway).

Well, it would only be MoE on the black vote -- but such a small percentile change can result in such a drastic swing, that the different would have to be noticeable.

Didn't think there were any exit polls for MS 2007.  Am I wrong?
