I thought you meant Bob Dole, but still Elizabeth Dole wouldn't win.

Gore 349
Dole 189

Easy win for Gore against the hapless Dole.
He even manages to grab four southern states.

I agree with the views expressed that Gore would have won an easy victory, and the maps are accurate, although I would not characterize Elizabeth Dole as hapless.

She launched her campaign for the 2000 Republican Presidential nomination with an impressive record of public service behind her.

Deputy Assistant to President Nixon for Consumer Affairs 1969-1973
A Federal Trade Commissioner 1973-1980
Secretary of Transportation 1983-1987
Secretary of Labor 1989-1990
President of American Red Cross 1991-1999

Elizabeth Dole at the time was a formidable force in her own right, and in 2000 had launched what up until that time had been the most serious campaign by a woman for President in the history of the United States.

Interestingly enough, Elizasbeth Dole was a Democrat until 1975, and had campaigned for the Kennedy/Johnson ticket in 1960.
