  The Illinois House Committe on Special Investigations voted tonight by a 21-0 margin to send an article of impeachment against governor Rod Blagojevich to the full Illinois House.  The house is expected to take up and vote on the matter tomorrow.  If it passes--which is quite likely, it will go to the State Senate for trail and possible removal from office.

Early February is the optimistic guess but still reasonable.  A conservative estimate would be that Pat Quinn will be governor by mid-Feb
