Imagine her drafting a bill along with Bachmann. Cool

FYI Rubio is running an excellent underdog campaign, he has yet to make a misstep and is on the right track.  He still has a mountain to climb.

http://blogs.tampabay.com/buzz/2009/06/rubio-crushes-crist-in-pasco-straw-poll.html

Demint of course endorsed him recently too.  Odds are that he and Crist will have to repair their relationship once Crist gets elected.

We'll see.

This race just makes me depressed. I just can't get excited about Meek. I guess Crist is the only semi-acceptable alternative, because I strongly dislike Rubio.

A tandem jump? Please, if he really wanted Rubio to win, he'd learn how to skydive himself.

I'd have mentioned myself except that they both look like particularly hilarious Republicans

Phil, may I suggest a new signature?

I care less about Rubio than I do about my current signature material.

Saw Rubio the first time today and I think he's got talent.  I don't know whether that translates into relating about issues (because it wasn't issue-heavy), but he creates a very strong impression on the screen.

I wish Rubio was a better candidate on certain issues so I could endorse him, I might end up endorsing him anyway.

On Aug. 22, the state Republican Party is hosting a "Drive the Discussion Exchange '09" youth conference in Orlando. Targeting Floridians 15 to 35, the conference promises panel discussions, "exciting speakers" and a voter registration drive.

The keynote speaker is Bruce Jenner, who won his Olympic gold medal before most of the event's target demographic was born. Jenner is surely better known to the future Republican leaders as the regular on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

http://www.tampabay.com/news/politics/article1013967.ece

from Wiki, hey, at least he's under 60 years old, if even by a hair!

:

William Bruce Jenner (born October 28, 1949 in Mount Kisco, New York) is a former U.S. track and field athlete, motivational speaker, socialite, and television personality, known principally for winning the decathlon in the 1976 Summer Olympics.

It seems that the Wall Street Journal is now entering the fight against Crist with the usual Murdoch gusto:

http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124623134986666161.html

Is anyone here who believes that calling Crist the "Republican Barney Frank" was a just a reference to his shaky fiscal conservative credentials?
