A race of highly intelligent cat-human hybrids nominate their own candidate under the Meow Mix Party... their candidate (Sir Whiskertins III) wins in a landslide after mesmerizing the populace with his catchphrase, "Yes we Tuna Can."

Huh Shouldn't this be in the 2012 board? It would certainly make more sense there if the intent was to bump it in 4 years.

edit: My thanks to the mods for the move.

About the only thing I'd come close to guessing is that there will be GOP gains in the House in 2012.

The world ends in September, rendering the election moot.

Bloomberg will run for president. Not sure how bold that is, and I would have predicted the same for this year, but I’m feeling it. and Obama will win a fairly easy reelection, despite the economy not having fully recovered.

Obama wins every Southern bloc state but Alabama and Mississippi.

A dark-horse Republican nominee from the Great Plains region sweeps in and takes the nomination, yet suffers a crushing defeat to the Obama campaign, losing large chunks of the South and mid-west.

That's a really dumb prediction.  Obama did better in MS than TN, AR, LA, or KY and was McCain's 13th best state.

The economy recovers, but Obama wins a Clinton-esque victory. Foreign Affairs, are a very important issue in the Campaign, with very high tensions overseas, and Education makes a return.

The Map looks like this:

Just what I wanted to post, except that Bden is dropped more than he drops...

Obama picks Hillary Clinton to replace him and they win in MO, WV and AZ but lose in NC.
