 What were Obama and McCain's best county and what were their best county swings?

Obama's best county was Washington, D.C. and McCain's best was King County, Texas.

Not sure about swings.

Obama's best county was Prince George's, MD, with 88.9% of the vote.

McCain did better than Bush in King County, TX.

Yes, I suppose I should clarify that Obama did better in D.C. than he did in any county. Whether you want to count that as his "best" result is really up to personal preferences.

These appear to be the best Democratic swings:

Honolulu, HI   38.31
Maverick, TX   37.86
Culberson, TX   35.02
Dubois, IN   33.99
Maui, HI   32.78

The best GOP swings will take much more time to compute.
