There was a significant delay on the referendum results as well, but then they turned out not to be in Chavez's favor... so who knows.

Opposition won five Governor's offices (up from two last time), and among those were the two most populous states. They also got the Mayor's office in Caracas.

You know, for a dictator who allegedly fixes the elections, he does a pretty shitty job of it.
