Following the news that Nebraska GOP want to scrap the proportional element in their state, can I ask who would have been elected at every election since 1964 if the following rules were used:

Each congressional district = 1 elector who is pledged to the winning candidate in that congressional district (bar all states which elect a congressman at large) + 2 bonus electors for winning the statewide vote

In states where there is only one congressional district (and DC) electors are allocated during d'Hondt PR.
