Well, obviously this is a hypothetical scenario.......
Who do you think would win in this election?

Biden's Campaign would probably boast of the Economic Growth and the great Presidancy of Bill Clinton. He would tell how he would continue that legacy, and improve our Nation even further. They would probably use the same strategies that Gore used.

Democratic
Sen. Joe Biden of Delaware
Fmr Lt Gov. John Kerry of Massachusetts

Republican
Sen. John McCain of Arizona
Gov. George W. Bush of Texas

Of course the Republican campaign would follow what Bush did IRL.....

The race is on....
P.S. You may use maps!

McCain 307 (50%) | Biden 231 (48%)

No doubt a Republican win. This time they win the popular vote too!

John S. McCain III/George W. Bush (R): 323 EV, 51% of the PV
Joseph R. Biden/John F. Kerry (D): 215 EV, 47% of the PV
Others (Green, Reform, etc): 0 EV, 2% of the PV

Senator John McCain defeats Senator Joe Biden to become 43rd President of the United States by a comfortable margin. Senator McCain's victory is assisted by his own 'maverick' appeal which helps in states such as Maine, Wisconsin, Oregon and Michigan. Although McCain's maverick image helps win voters in those states, it also alienates voters belonging to the voting block known as the Religious Right in the South due to his comments regarding Falwell. Thus, if such a scenario was to have occurred in RL 2000, I would expect a lower voter turn out in the South and in general.
