Obama held a 23-point lead in the 1st Congressional District and a 20-point lead in the 2nd Congressional District.

The telephone poll of 443 likely voters was conducted between Oct. 16 and 19. It has a margin of error of plus or minus 5 percentage points.

They offer critical insight.

Anyway, Obama leads by 20 in ME-02 and 23 in ME-01. The MoE is pretty large for both since the poll as a whole has a small sample size, but the numbers look reasonable when matched against the statewide figures.

CRITICAL INSIGHTS is a pretty cool name for a poll. Unfortunately, there seems to be an inverse relationship between how cool the name of the polling company is and its polling quality.
