A QUESTION ABOUT BARACK OBAMA'S ECONOMIC PLAN

I need to know how Barack Obama will pay for all the investments and tax cuts that he promises. Can anyone elaborate on that? I am an Obama supporter, but I'd like to have talking points on this issue.

He does have plan white papers on his web site...

Like I said, I know what he has proposed and I know his positions and plans. I want to find the list of numbers (proposals, costs, AND where he is making cuts specifically.) His website doesn't post that comprehensively.
