I doubt the outcome would be very different. Maybe FDR loses Michigan but wins Ohio (instead of losing it like he did in real life).

That's being generous to Vandenberg. Flip NJ, PA, IL, and OH to FDR while flipping NH to Vandenberg and I think that would be closer.
