She needs to point out that Obama worships at the altar of homosexuality. (She'll probably be nice though.)

It's pretty obvious that the moderator isn't favoring Biden by spending all this time on gay marriage.

"My answer is the same as his", didn't Obama get attacked for this from the first debate?

Uh-oh, I'm nervous.  Foreign policy isn't exactly her strong point.

She can see Russia from somewhere 1000 miles from her house, and she's been to Kuwait.

That's lovely, but Obama has no foreign policy experience either.

What counts as foreign policy experience?

Glad to see Biden not go down the road of accusing McCain of not funding the troops.

Gives a good answer too.

Sometimes they aren't even answering the questions being given to them

Apparently Gwen Ifill has been so shellshocked by predictions of perceived bias that she isn't even demanding that they answering questions.  It's almost as if the rightist editorials had no intention of trying to remove her as moderator, but rather just to scare her into failing to follow up any questions, thus ensuring that Palin's perkiness and generally more pleasant appearance and demeanor would be the deciding factor.  Actually, an incredibly brilliant strategy, now that I think about it.  Downright Rovian.  And I think it may just be working.

That's pretty much the norm. Meanwhile Tom Brokaw will be in the tank for McCain.

Biden: Unattractive, old.
Palin: Attractive, young.

Palin wins!

Still, overall I find her more charming than I find Biden so far, I have to admit.  If I weren't such a geek and a politics junkie, and was just tuning in, I think the performance generally would make me more likely, and not less likely, to vote for her for vice president.

Too bad we can't let it be Obama/Palin versus McCain/Biden.  Because I still don't care for Biden.

Indeed, bad form Joe.
