This is the problem with having this event at a stadium - the post speech celebration doesn't seem that exciting. It's not as loud and, most importantly, there are no balloons!  Tongue

They will have plenty of hot air for the balloons at the Republican convention.

How many coinflips will be included? And will they be statistically significant?

And during the entire convention, Obama and Hillary, or Bill, never appeared on stage together.

The music was part of the staging, and they should five the idiot who thought this up.

Yeah, I kind of missed that. Maybe they could have filled a zeppelin with balloons and dropped those. I'm not even sure if that's possible...

Great speech though. Managed to be uplifting, specific, and McCain-skewering, all at once.

As I said earlier, I love the design of the facade on stage, very neo-classical, nazi-esque.  All the people cheering exact same thing, and columns and stadium atmosphere really take me back to Nuremberg in 1936.

Yep.  The days of torture, wiretapping, lack of due process and invading countries that never attacked you in the first place.  Sends me back, too.

Agreed. Most important was the specifics though. Obama's needed to provide voters with more red meat and he provided a lot of that tonight. If he runs the rest of the campaign like this the Presidency is in the bag for him.
