So, just wanna get an idea of what general tax raises Obama is already signing onto.

From what I've gathered, Capital Gains will go up, but he hasn't specified by how much.
Federal Income taxes for those making over 250k a year.
The payroll tax for Social Security will be extended beyond the 90k a year or whatever it is.
A carbon tax or cap-and-trade system would raise the cost of all energy that emits carbon.

Is there anything else?

He plans to tax the pain and suffering of individuals due to tax increases ("painful taxes"). This is a brilliant strategy that creates an infinite loop of income which can be used to pay off all federal debts.

He will also induce a $5 a chuckle tax on children's laughter and $10 a smile on general happiness for all age groups.  Puppies and ice cream will also be banned.
