AZ is going to trend hard to the GOP this year.  Part of the reason is because McCain has represented the state as a senator for a long time.

My prediction:  McCain 56%, Obama 41%, Other 3%

This seems a little inflated from what we were previously seeing. I think Obama will mirror Kerry's percentage in the state. 44-45%
