I haven't found him yet - he's still missing.

In the mean time, all I have to go off of is the people who claim to follow his teachings, which is quite the mixed bag.

This thread is not funny, because you're treating the Risen Savior just like another man.  Not good.

The only Son of God,
eternally begotten of the Father,
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made,
of one Being with the Father.
Through him all things were made.
For us and for our salvation
he came down from heaven:
by the power of the Holy Spirit
he became incarnate from the Virgin Mary,
and was made man.
For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate;
he suffered death and was buried.
On the third day he rose again
in accordance with the Scriptures;
he ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead,
and his kingdom will have no end.

well, bad apples among the people of God causing God to have a bad name has always been the case:

"God's name is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you." (Romans 2:24 Isaiah 52:5; Ezek. 36:22 )

He cannot be defined in such narrow layman's terms.

Executing him gave his movement a martyr complex so perhaps 30 hours of community service instead.

     I'm not voting because I refuse to categorize religious figures. Angry I would lean HP though, because of the implications of his alleged divinity on the current political climate of the United States.

You don't like peace, and love. Huh

Really though, as a philosophical character I find it hard to believe that any human being could dislike Jesus.

     Peace & love are overrated. Tongue Also, the whole deal with omniscience makes me believe that if God exists, he knew that sending Jesus would eventually result in folks like Fred Phelps hijacking American politics. In my view that would make God, & by extension Jesus, an HP.

     Now watch as there is a perfectly reasonable explanation that I don't know about due to not being Christian. Tongue I just doubt that a benevolent figure would want to stick us with those crazy cats. Wink

Huge FF. Now if only Christians actually followed what he preached, America would be a better place.

They'll get around to The New Testament soon enough.

Someone who goes AWOL for 2000+ years doesn't seem like much of a freedom fighter to me.
