In 1973, the Constitution is amended to allow foreign born citizens to run for President.  Watergate still happens, and Ford still becomes President, but Kissinger is considered "clean" from the scandal.  Ford decides not to run again, and Reagan backs out in favor of the popular Kissinger.  How would the election go?
