Okay, pretend that the 22nd admendment never passed and so President Bush decides to seek a third term citing the war as a job "not completed."  With strong conservative support Bush is renominated in the primaries.  However, VP Cheney is considered too much of a liability that he takes himself out of the contest.  Bush selects Mitt Romney as his running mate.  Meanwhile the Dem primaries go as they did and Obama selects VA Sen. Jim Webb as his running mate.  How would this election go?

I have it Obama 407-131 over Bush.

Obama still actively campaigns in Indiana and wins it.

When it comes down to it, many people don't hate Bush as much as they say they do. Bush will still win 40%+ of the popular vote, and would win the conservative belt.
Indiana is tricky, but I'm not sure Obama would campaign as hard there against a much more conservative ticket. Also, keep in mind, Romney on the ticket could possibly lure a few voters concerned about the economy, though probably not many.

Obama : 417 E.V.
Bush : 121 E.V.

Certainly Obama landslide. Obama wins Louisiana because of remembrances of Hurricane Katrina.

This is a huge blowout.  In terms of the popular vote, it's the worst defeat suffered by an incumbent since Herbert Hoover.  However, Bush does slightly better than Carter in the Electoral college.  Also, third parties, especially those of the conservative variety do slightly better due to many conservatives simply deciding that they can't vote for Bush.  Here are the results:

Electoral College

Obama/Webb  464
Bush/Romney    74

Popular Vote

Obama/Webb  56.9%
Bush/Romney  40.6%
Others               2.5%
