Any chance the flooding had any effect on the outcome of this poll?

I'm not certain what partisan impact it would have had (although Cedar Rapids, at least, is solidly Democratic), but I certainly wouldn't have conducted a poll in Iowa right now were I a pollster.

Deplorable. Conducting an interview in the midst of severe flooding. SurveyUSA should be ashamed.

In the sense that results are very likely to be wrong because a large percentage of the population is displaced, not any moral responsibility.
