Barack Obama(2013-17)
Bobby Jindell (2017-21)
Gov. NJ. Marty Booker (2021-25)

Never heard of Jindell. Who's this man?

But, since you mentioned him, I'm at least sure he's somebody greater than that bore Jindall.

What's with the Democratic opinion that, whoever the Republican is in 2016, he'll be a one termer?
They're all hacks.

Your list presents a straight four Republican terms. Hence, you are the last person to call anyone a hack.

Parties have won the White House for four straight terms in the past.

Last time was the FDR/Truman era and that was because of:
Great Depression
Republicans falling into shambles basically
FDR's charisma and popularity
Republicans nominating just plain bad candidates in 1936 and 1940
World War II
An upset in 1945

It was basically the perfect storm for the Democrats, like 1980 turned into the perfect storm for the Republicans, albeit 1980 was to a lesser degree.

Barack Obama: 2013-2017

Marco Rubio: 2017-2021

Some democrat: 2021-2029. Democratic presidents are harder to predict than republicans, in my opinion.

What with the Rubio Love fest all of a sudden?  Sure he's a young and fairly popular Conservative Senator in a swing state, but does that really propel him to the "Next Republican President" slot for so many people here?

Thune still seems like a VP candidate, not yet presidential.  Senators aren't good Presidential candidates.

But I think Warner can win the presidency in 2016.

2017-2021: Secretary Kathleen Sebelius /  Former Governor Brian Schweitzer defeats Former Governor Bobby Jindal / Former Governor Mitch Daniels. Republicans are able to gain Pennsylvania and Florida, but Sebelius/Schweitzer ticket brings Montana, Kansas, Missouri and Ohio to Democratic column.
2021-2025:  Former Governor Brian Sandoval/ Former Senator Scott Brown defeats Preident Kathleen Sebelius / Vice President Brian Schweitzer. With his latino appeal, Sandoval is able to get Florida, New Jersey, while Brown helps with victories in New Hampshire, Massachussetts, Maine and Rhode Island.
2025-2033: Senator Vincent Sheheen/Senator Julian Castro defeats Sandoval/Brown (2024) and Scott Brown/ Ben Quayle. Shaheen, who was elected to Lindsey Graham's seat after his teabaggering in 2014, became popular with moderates in south and becomes Senate Minority Leader in 2021, replacing Tim Kaine. and is able to win primaries against former Vice President Schweitzer and Senator Lisa Madigan. Senator Castro, elected after a defeat for Texas governorship in 2014, comes back and defeat Senator Dewhurst in 2018. They are able to become first ticket to win deep south since Carter.

Barack Obama/Joe Biden: 2009-2017
Marco Rubio/Mitch Daniels: 2017-2021
John Hickenlooper/Kirsten Gillibrand: 2021-2029

In detail:

Obama/Biden squeak it out in 2012, helped by a protracted Gingrich/Romney fight that sends both of their negatives sky-high. Gary Johnson sets a high-water mark for the Libertarians with something like 5 percent of the vote, his campaign hits Republicans worse but he gets a sizable number of protest votes from the left as well.

In 2016, voter fatigue from 8 years of Obama, Rubio's inroads among Hispanics, and deep left-wing dislike of the horrible Andrew Cuomo lead to an absolute bloodbath in the Electoral College.  Some Nader-like figure does even better than Gary Johnson, and even manages to win Vermont.

In 2020, people revolt against GOP overreach, climate change has finally gotten too bad to ignore, the Dems nominate better candidates, and take back the White House (the House and Senate both flip Dem in 2018 after a long period of mostly R control).
