Yeah, the state is pretty safe for McCain - especially because of the loss of population in New Orleans.

I predict McCain will win the state 56-44.

Huge mprovement for Clinton, not that it matters.

Obama won't win here for the same reason he won't win MS. Big black turnout could keep it in single digits though.
