Thats not a city if it has a population of 9,000.  It's a town.

I went Cincinnatti.  Almost ANY white in that area is brutally GOP.

Gosh, no. Among white people, there are more Democrats than Republicans, even in some suburban counties.

In 1988 I would have ranked Cincinnati as the most conservative metropolitan area in America. This is no longer the case, because the conservative base has moved away from large metropolitan areas.

it also doesn't quite fall into the category of "major".

Neither do Tulsa or Colorado Springs....

they both have over 200k population, which is basically how I define "major"
