the 10 Canadian Provinces and 3 Territories (each admitted as single "States")

No, it's 9 provinces, 3 territories, and one nation within a nation Angry

According to the CIA World Factbook

10 provinces and 3 territories*;
1)Alberta
2)British Columbia
3)Manitoba
4)New Brunswick
5)Newfoundland and Labrador
Northwest Territories* (1)
6)Nova Scotia
Nunavut* (2) (Nation within Nation?)
7)Ontario
8)Prince Edward Island
9)Quebec
10)Saskatchewan
Yukon Territory* (3)

Please tell me where we differ. What are we considering a Province, that you don't??

Successfully invades Canada from Maine; incorporates Vancouver as part of Washington; grants Alberta independence for no reason and trades Alaska and the Yukon in three way deal by sending both territories to Denmark with France acquiring Greenland, Quebec (only to lose both in a civil uprising that kills 75% of the French Army with butter knives) and 500 shares of the Sargento Cheese Corporation and the United States getting universal healthcare paid for by the French while Ontario becomes the new 50th state.  All other Canadian provinces and territories are held under the puppet United States-Canadian government known as "Vichy Canada."

Epic.

Trying to get a million socialist things past and failing with all of them. People will think of him as a good guy who didn't get anything done (like Carter).

Known for continuous grid-lock with Congress. However, he is able to pass a few popular pieces of legislation.
