I assmue you mean 9.32%.  It might fall under 9.3%, because the remaining few precincts are from Philly, but that's about it, unless the numbers are really wrong.

As the person running the contest I'm going to make a formal deicision later today because this could drag on indefinitely. At the moment it is 9.31% which would make JL the victor. As stated in the contest I am going to send the amount through PayPal.

Anyway, thanks for taking part. Unfortunately it didn't generate enough hits on my website to make it an economic method of advertising.

With but one precinct out, the Clinton margin is now down to 9.106%, so I believe I have won.

1,245,911    Clinton
1,037,953    Obama

2,283,864    Total
   207,958    Diff

207,958/2,282,864 = 9.1055%

Given that CNN now claim that they have counted all the precints (presumably an at large precint for postal votes), and they seem to have counted more votes than PA SoS, I'm going to have to go with CNN's figures which imply a Clinton lead of 9.29%. I apologise for any ambiguity about how the final total was going to be defined.

Quite right. The SOS vote totals are out of date actually. Congrats to the winner.
