Really, why am I the least objective Democrat on teh forum, less objective than Jfern, MissCatholic, etc? Give me a reason please.

Who said you were not?  I think you are very objective.

Yeah, I deleted it, because jfern is worse. I just meant before the election, you were saying every swing state was trending Democrat.

I was? I have no recollection of that really...if you would bother to look up my prediction though you would have seen that I predicted a larger Bush win than happened. I think I had him down for winning Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and one Maine district in addition to what he actually won.

A18 did. But apparently I'm now only 3rd worse.

This is a thread fo the Republicans (and Independents) to state who they think are the most objective and fair-minded Dems on the forum.

I'll go first.  I think my votes have go to  Miamiu, Gustaf and CM.

none of the real dems are objective, sadly.  the few objective posters sporting red avatars are all foreigners, and therefore not eligible to be US Democrats.  Sad for them, indeed, but true.

I'd say NickShepDEM is pretty objective, moderate and easy to talk to.  Same with Alcon and Gustaf (I know he's a foreigner).

I must admit I'd thought about you.  But you're a moderator.  It occurs to me that I have to take back those nice things I said about
Supersoulty as well.   Nominating a moderator for anything is like bringing an apple to the teacher or giving flowers to the principal.  Just not cool.

Carl?  yeah, he's incredibly objective.  But like me, choose not to identify himself with a state or a party pictorally, only in the occassional textual reference.  But yeah, CarlHayden (D-CA) is one of the most objective US posters here.

Yeah, I think Gustaf is very objective; CarlHayden for sure; Ben and Virginian also, and I can certainly imagine others.

You're not even in the same class a JFern or Populist 3.

I haven't seen you making things up or making patently absurd statements here (except for the assertion you're the most subjective).

I didn't really realize the CarlHayden was a Democrat, so I have to nominate him also as one of the most objective Democrats.  I enjoy reading his posts quite a bit, especially since I usually agree with them.

Also, Nation is a very objective Democrat, and a very friendly guy whose posts I enjoy reading.

Thanks.

I believe in seeing things as they are, and only then proposing realistic options for change.

Too many supposed Democrats are out of touch with reality, which is why the party has been on a losing streak for the past few years.

I'm the most subjective of 'normal people', then Wink

EDIT: Then again, I'm most subjective when it comes to life in general, not when it comes to politics, I think.  I hope :S
