C.E.S Review of Elections

It's become very clear to me, that the current electoral system is not working and that most people here don't actually understand how preferential voting is supposed to work.
While the C.E.S will probably recommend a system of preferential voting, the current joke of a system will be scrapped (as will write-in candidates).
