In terms of hometowns, what matters more: the town where you were born, or the town where you were raised?

For instance, would I get a bigger bump in Allen County, IN (Home of Fort Wayne, IN, where I was born), or Hennepin County, MN (Home of my current place of residence), where I moved when I was 4?
