Whilst trying to figure out what time zone Antillia should have, I needed to fix a location more specific than the middle of the Atlantic to do so.
The problem is where the available info places Antillia. We're supposedly located along the Mid-Atlantic Rift with a our southern peninsula reaching down to 38°N. That would place Antillia in the middle of the Azores!
I see three possible solutions, which I list below in my order of preference.
1. Move Antillia west to a location along either the Milne Seamount chain that stretches from Newfoundland to the northern Azores or the New England Seamount chain that stretches from New England to the southern Azores. The tallest of those seamounts is Milne Seamount itself which is located at approximately 38°W 42°N. No geothermal power, but we'd have roughly the same climate.
2. Keep Antillia on the Mid-Atlantic Rift and move it north to around 50°N or so. Climate would be cooler, but we'd still have geothermal power as a possibility.
3. Keep Antillia on the Mid Atlantic Rift and move it south to around 38°S or so. This would displace Tristan da Cunha, but keep the climate and geothermal power possibilities roughly the same.
