I don't see how ANYONE could say Reagan was the best President of the 20th century. He didn't have to face the hard times and war time era like FDR did. Here's my list...you'll notice Reagan is high...but not as high as others may want him to be.

7. Dwight D. Eisenhower
8. John F. Kennedy

15.Lyndon B. Johnson
16.Jimmy Carter
17.Herbert Hoover
18.Warren G. Harding

That is every President who served during the time period of 1900-2000.
