I'd move New Mexico, Missouri and Virginia to tossup. But a reasonable map.

Ohio should be a tossup too. Obama's race will hurt him there, but the R after McCain's name will hurt him more. Also by October people should realize he's not a radical black power activist.

No. Just an ultra-liberal activist with no track record, experience, clear message, attainable vision, and lots of crazy supporters. Hopefully all we need to know about Obama will be revealed by October.

This is what I think it would be if it were held today.

Ohio must be in the mix, I really feel they gave begrudging support to Bush in 2004, they of course can gather they have been "betrayed" if they watch television. This state will see many battles this campaign.

That map + Virginia and Ohio would = a 322 vote electoral landslide for Obama. That would probably be the best case scenario for Obama.

I think VA's in the right spot right now, and I'm not sure CO and NM will be Dem locks...but any map that has ohio blue and PA grey is entirely too favorable to the GOP
