Nobody...its back and forth talking about issues that both Candidates equally agree on. Nothing exciting yet.

The xerox comment was slimey [but not surprising coming from her] and the reaction by the audience was not in her favor. I think Obama so far is doing well if not better.

The xerox comment was accurate.  You were crying out for her to attack him.  And, as I predicted, when she did you're crying about it.

Excuse me? I did not say anything of the sort for her to attack him...as I recall it was Eraserhead or someone else in the debate thread.

btw, the xerox comment is nowhere near accurate and it was uncalled for. You can defend her slimey'ness all you want but that wont help her in the comming elections.

There is no possible way such a lowly piece of scum as Hillary Clinton could possibly defeat the great Barack Obama in a debate.

A strong performance by both Obama and, uh, Clitnon.

Clinton needed to do better than this, though.  She needed positive headlines, and this won't get her that.

You're delusional. I'm on Obama's side mind you, but Clinton can hold her own in debates and Obama has been historically weaker in debates than he has in speeches. Clinton can beat Obama in a debate - that's why she wanted one every week until March 4.

But in this case though neither seems to be winning. Obama has not won this battle, but not losing it helps his current long term strategy. In a war a single battle becoming a stalemate favors the side that has the momentum, morale, and resources.

Excuse me, but did Obama actually say that we are forced to rely on captured Taliban weapons and ammunition to supply our troops in Afganistan?  There's been enough bullsh**t thrown around by the Hildabeast side over the last couple of month.  Barack doesn't need to be adding to it.   The military is going to be all over that statement and I don't think the public is gonna buy that for a second.  Keep it credible buddy.

He mentioned a specific instance of a rifle group or something like that that was undermanned due to the Iraq war, and basically they didn't have the men to carry the amount of supplies/ammunition they normally would have been able to, which forced them to rely on captured supplies for at least some period of time.

What is your basis for denying the statement?

...and this wouldn't be the only time this happened in the armed forces. You saw alot of Americans using Mausers in WWII.

Mausers weren't 40 yrs out of date.

I caught this too, and it sounds like bull. Could be a big, big story.
