Assuming the Obama trend for the Democratic nomination continues, I for one am looking forward to the end of the Bush/Clinton era in America's political life.

Thoughts?

Obama or Hillary would have to have an incredibly terrible presidency for a Jeb candidacy to be viable. Maybe in 2016. 2012 is, as they say, too soon.

It is a mistake to over personalize politics. And there you have it.

Part of me still wishes this was going to be a Clinton v. Giuliani race. That would've been so fun to watch.

Jeb will run in 2012 or 2016. If people can get by the Bush name, or Bush is looked back on as a good President, he will do well. He was a very good governor.

If by "fun" you mean "utterly-revolting-why-do-I-live-in-this-travesty-of-a-country", then yes.

I look forward to an end of the Ford administration.  Aside from a brief interlude of 4 years during Carter and 8 years during Clinton, those clowns have been running the show since the early 70's.

Jeb Bush will never be president.  It would be a mistake to nom him, just like Hillary would be a mistake this election cycle.
