he'll almost have to offer Hillary the VP spot first. This has been such a close race that he can't just ignore her and her supporters like that.

That being said, I doubt she accepts second fiddle to Obama.

I don't think he needs to go anywhere near Hillary.  She's kryptonite.

He really has no choice. That's why Kerry chose Edwards in 2004. You can't just ignore her. Obama wouldve been offered the VP spot first if Hillary won the nomination as well.

He can't ignore her?

Yes whe can.

The VP pick has to be a hat-tip to the old guard, tho.

Watch out for PA too.  Especially that state.

Rasmussen just polled PA a week ago.

McCain 44%
Clinton 42%

Obama 49%
McCain 39%

The real race card in this election will be when the Clintons start using the Muslim card.   They've pretty much used the N word and that didn't work.

Most americans think all blacks are Babtists - I don't think they'll take the muslim lie seriously.

There are some good comments about the Muslim issue in a related thread.

Guys, I know the Clintons are your personal boogeypeople but lets be clear.

1 - In absolutely NO WAY did they "pretty much use the N word".  But hey, tell a lie loud enough and long enough ....

2 - The "Muslim rumors" originated from the Right Wing radio and they will likely continue and intensify in the general election.

Geez, if you think the Clintons ran tough against Obama just wait until the Right Wing gets their hands on him.
