Final results are 50-47 for Obama, 100% reporting.

Vote-by-mail...no way they're done by now.

Final results are 50-47 for Obama, 100% reporting.

Romney won 21% in the GOP primary. That's the problem with postal votes.

Where are you getting that?

The link Alcon posted. 100% reporting.

http://vote.wa.gov/elections/wei/results.aspx

Edit: Oh, wait, that's just totaling the candidates' numbers. Never mind.

No, that's just a useless way of saying 100% of the votes currently reported are going to candidates...that's not % reporting.

It's a total of all of the listed items.

45% Reporting:

Obama 50%
Clinton 47%

Oh well, maybe it's Obama's turn to get a pointless win.

Maybe Hillary will start demanding that delegates be seated from this primary...

Don't be surprised!

Ummmm.... No. Remember this is mail-in so probably 40-50% of the votes haven't arrived yet. The ones that have have however been fully counted.

Explanation for why this is close on the Democratic side:

Democratic votes: 425,755
Republican votes: 325,047

Need I say more?

Right.  People voted, so their votes have to count, regardless of what the rules say.  To not count their votes and have them count towards the allocation of delegates would be "disenfranchising the voters".  Wink

What % of the vote is in now? I see it's still 50-47 Obama.
