can anyone explain this result?

mccain 90%
paul 6%
huckabee 2%

seems oddly out of place.  it is surrounded by huckabee counties and counties that went for mccain narrowly.

Chesterfield County was having difficulty getting their results onto the Virginia state government's page. At one point, they were registering 0 votes for Clinton. CNN should have the correct numbers.
