Highly unlikely I know, but I just wanted to see what you thought about this race. So now I'd like to ask you how would the 1988 Presidential Election turn out if these were the tickets?

Republican

Governor James R. Thompson of Illinois
Senator Warren Rudman of New Hampshire

Democratic

Governor Bob Casey of Pennsylvania
Senator Al Gore of Tennessee

How would this election turn out? Discuss with maps.

Thompson wins 283-255, althought a number of states could switch either way.
