Probably not, but comparing Obama's health care plan with hers is fair game and the ad might get people to do that.

If Obama's response ad didn't already answer that claim and deal with it very nicely.

As I said earlier, it's possible Hillary didn't compete in Wisconsin because it wasn't worth it to win a -2 delegate result rather than a -4 one.
