Whatcom County, WA, probably.

Which I'm pretty sure is north of Kittson County, MN.  I may be wrong.  Whatcom might not be the northernmost county in Washington...I don't know.  Anyone have a correctly-projected map?

edit: oh 49th parallel i'm dumb

Huckabee won several 49th parallel counties, as attested by this map:

Remember: Huckabee is not the Southern Candidate or the Conservative Candidate. He is the Evangelical Candidate, and many rural areas in the far north along the Canadian border have large numbers of Conservative Evangelicals. If the Western Provinces of Canada were states, all other things being equal, he would probably win some counties in Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.

It's theoretically possible to win an entire state without winning any counties. Unlikely, of course, but it could happen. Especially in Delaware.

Yes, but obviously Huckabee did win counties in Iowa. So as usual, Walter's just being stupid.

I've always wondered if that's ever happened.  Do you know?

That would be so awesome Smiley

Move a few points around and it would have happened in the TN primary.

Romney did well in the suburbs but almost got shut out by Ron Paul in single digits in the rural areas.  Huckabee was way ahead in the rural areas but came in a distant third in the suburbs and urban precincts.  McCain won the urban precincts, but not many counties -- but came in a close second everywhere.  A couple of points here and there and McCain could have won the state without winning a county.

actually, it seems that Huckabee plays well from about 30 degrees north to 49 degrees north.  So he's doing well in the northern extremities.  In fact, excluding Alaska, 49 is as far as the US goes.  To the south of 30 degrees, he isn't doing so well.  A coupla parishes in Louisiana and the Joe Scarborough country of Florida is all he's picking up south of 30.  Maybe he'll do better in the land between the Nueces and the Rio Grande, once that primary happens.  But that part of the country always votes Democrat in general elections anyway, and the state of Texas is one of the least competitive in general elections due to the the fact that DFW and Houston are, oddly, the only two top-ten metro areas that are reliably Republican.  Still it's interesting food for thought:  the Huck plays well as far north and the contiguous 48 go, but he doesn't do so well in the southern extremities of the contiguous 48.

Well he won a ton of counties in Missouri far further north than that too.
