To date, the only negative TV ads of the campaign that mentioned rival candidates by name were on the GOP side (though the Dems have done negative radio ads).  But Clinton has now put up a TV ad in Wisconsin that goes after Obama on the subject of debates:

Honestly, that isn't really that negative. 

Agreed, it's a very mild "attack" ad.  And I don't think it will be effective at all.

I doubt this will have any effect outside Wisconsin even if Obama doesn't accept the debate offer.  They're already planning one in Texas before March 4th so its not like she can claim he is refusing to debate her completely.  I don't see any potential for future ammo here.
