I haven't seen this, so I apologize if it has already been posted. http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/

Limbaugh says that if were to endorse McCain it would kill his chances in the election, so he's actually doing him a favour by not attacking him. I don't get whether this is an attempt to have it both ways (hurting McCain among both moderates AND conservatives) or whether he's trying to be funny or what...

Of course the one difference will be that the Democrats would reinstitute the "fairness doctrine", in which case he'll be off the air.

But oh well, I guess it's time for him to retire those sore vocal chords  anyways.
