What is Maryland's delegate distribution?  Is it WTA or WTA by CD or what?

The fix is in.

Seriously, they just don't suck like Washingon or Maine Republicans or New Mexico Democrats.

Looking at where the vote is coming from, it does not appear to me that McCain is in any trouble at all, the exit poll notwithstanding. Huckabee will have to pull a rabbit out of the hat in the DC metro area by carrying it surprising all to win, it seems to me.

Well, of course that isn't the case when massive voter fraud and disenfranchisement comes into play.

Something fishy is going on. By the time the Virginia government's website was at 38%, McCain had a three point lead. Now he barely has a one point lead.

CD 5 just shot up from 40% counted to 73% counted. That's a big Huck area 53-40.

No no - I was referring to CNN's reporting at 38%. They don't match with what the Virginians had at the same time.

McCain is starting to pull away slowly.  He's up by 3,200 votes now.

So... is the Republican party of Washington, DC in charge of counting the votes for the primary? Because if so, I doubt we'll get results for a few days.

The counties making up the 38% need not be identical.

You are right about that. I'd seen that earlier as well around 24%. I can only guess that CNN is using direct county reporting or some other method other than the state website.
