Virginia - 6am - 7pm
Maryland - 7am - 8pm
DC - 7am - 8pm

CNN will, at the very least. They are really bad about holding out on calling states, especially when they are states that Obama is clearly going to win. It took them forever to call Washington.

Certainly if the exit polls are over 20-point margins. I think that's the threshold.

If they are going to be honest, the Democratic races will all be called as the polls close and the Republican races in Maryland and DC should be called as the polls close. I think VA Republican race may be the story of the night (not that Huck will actually win but it may end up a lot closer than expected).
