Obama has agreed to debate Clinton in Austin at the University of Texas on Feb. 21:

The two of them had previously agreed to a debate in Cleveland on Feb. 26 on MSNBC:

However, after the David Shuster incident, the Clinton team made noises about backing out of MSNBC debates.  Unclear whether they'll actually follow through on that.  My guess is that they won't, and that she'll participate in that debate.
